Returns and Refunds

Ordering tall fashion online can be frustrating, so every piece has a detailed size chart with garment measurements. Still have questions about sizing? Email us at hello@parysestyle.com before you order and we’ll help you choose.

Return window
Your return must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Pieces are made in limited runs, so if you need an exchange, don’t delay.

US orders: Start your return or exchange here: https://parysestyle.com/account. Sign in with the email you ordered with, select your order, and choose Request return. Want a different size instead? Choose a size reason and tell us the size you’d like in the note, and we’ll reserve it for you!

International orders: Email hello@parysestyle.com with your order number and we’ll send you return instructions.

To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, clean, smoke-free and perfume-free
In original packaging with all tags attached

Return shipping
US orders: We’ll send you a prepaid return label. The $9 label cost is deducted from your refund. For example, if you return a $120 item, you’ll be refunded $111.
International orders: We don’t provide a return label. You’re responsible for shipping your return back to us, and we recommend a trackable service, since we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to post it.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Don’t wait. We make small runs and never restock, so once your size is gone, it’s gone. We’ll reserve your new size while you send the original back. Your return must ship within 7 days of receiving your order. If your size has sold out, let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or store credit.

Not eligible for return or exchange
Jewelry, accessories, purses, swimwear, intimates, and any item marked Final Sale in its title, description or promotion.

European Union orders
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, as described above. Return shipping costs for EU orders are the customer’s responsibility.
